System Overview
I build the behind-the-scenes systems that make everything just work. Identity, automation, security, cloud infrastructure — I've spent years designing and fixing the stuff most people never see until it breaks.
I think in systems. I look at how things connect, where they break, and what shouldn't be manual — then I fix it. My background is Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell, and Graph API, and I actively integrate AI into real workflows — not as a buzzword, but as a tool to make systems smarter and people's jobs easier.
I've led cloud migrations, built identity and security frameworks from scratch, and spent years as the person who gets called when something is broken and nobody knows why. Now I design automation — increasingly AI-driven — that keeps those calls from happening in the first place.

- Designing automation and internal tooling to streamline IT operations across a 400+ person architecture firm.
- Building integrations with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and third-party APIs to connect systems and eliminate manual work.
- Partnering with senior IT leadership on identity, endpoint, and infrastructure strategy.
- Led daily support operations across multiple client environments as Tier 3 escalation for M365, systems, networking, and security issues.
